Έλλη, να ένα ντουκάτι [ENG]
4:30 A.M.
the fields rattle
with red birds;
it is 4:30 in
the morning,
it is always
4:30 in the morning,
and I listen for
my friends:
the garbagemen
and the thieves,
and cats dreaming
red birds
and red birds dreaming
worms,
and worms dreaming
along the bones of
my love,
and I cannot sleep,
and soon morning will come,
the workers will rise,
and they will look for me
at the docks,
and they will say,
"he is drunk again,"
but I will be asleep,
finally,
among the bottles and
sunlight,
all darkness gone,
my arms spread like
a cross,
the red birds
flying,
flying,
roses opening in the smoke,
and
like something stabbed and
healing,
like
pages through a bad novel,
a smile upon
my idiot's face
Charles Bukowski

[ENG] See this button on the right? Thought it would be a nice idea to post some piece of my work, by uploading the pdf files of the printed articles. This time it's an interview I got from crazy guy Antoine Meo. It was back in October 2008, Antoine was just in his first full year in the World Enduro Championship, but had already made clear that he was there to win. So he did, becoming World Champion two years later, giving the chance to the Husqvarna people to celebrate a World title seven years after their last title.

Upon special request
[ENG] So I'm opening this envelope, and what do I find inside? The official Red Bull Romaniacs 2010 DVD, on my doorstep, posted to me free of charge by the XVenture guys (thanks!). With a few screenshots of each and every rider that made it through the four-day rainy adventure. And in there, somewhere, just a few seconds of me trying to cope with the tons of mud found on the Carpathian mountains. I remember wearing this shitty, 5-euro worth, red and black soaking raincoat all day long, till I started getting real pain in my wrists. Being so tight there, it had started scratching my skin, but I was so anxious not to loose time, that I almost had no time to do something about that. Finally, at a checkpoint, got my swiss-army knife out of the bag and gave it a nice and clean cut on the wrists part. Never bothered me again…

Up and down the hill
[ENG] Boy, that was exhausting! I decided to cycle all the way up Imitos' mountain, through asphalt, then follow a famous but gruelling DH single-track called "10", on the way down. It's almost eleven kilometers on the way up, with a pretty descent uphill incline. It took me about an hour and a half to reach the top and almost twenty minutes to ride down, some schratches on the bicycle's frame from hitting rocks included. Temperatures reaching 3°C, icy-cold wind blowing too.
